I had a Achilles tendon rupture about 3 weeks ago playing soccer. I wish i could tell you i was trying to do something spectacular ,but that just wasn't the case :)))
I had a surgery 3 days after that and everything looks very promising. After 12 days i had my cast taken of and now I'm in aircast boot for about a week now.
My surgeon said i can slowly try to put some weight on my injured foot , but I'm so scared because of the all the horror stories that I'm reading online.
This injury was the main thing i started this, because i know i had a lot of questions about this injury and other people blogs helped a lot with the answers( but i had to do something with my time, you can only watch so much TV :)))
Hi Joe! I was just curious...My husband had a similar injury while pursuing his Professional Soccer career. Were you doing the same thing??? Also, who is taking care of you while you are in such a vulnerable state? Are you married? If so, your wife must be such a kind, loving and caring person. What does she have to say about all of this?
